Electric: 11 kW three Phase motor - or 7.5 kW single phase motor Rolls are chilled cast iron. Hardness 480 to 520 HB (Brinell), fluted to client specifications. Roll Size: 250mm X 250mm dia. Or 250mm X 300mm dia. This machine is capable of milling: Product Oats Barley Wheat Lupins Maize Malt Capacity 5,000 kg/hr 6,000 kg/hr 8,000 kg/hr 4,000 kg/hr 4,000 kg/hr 2,200 kg/hr These are approximate figures depending on grain size, gap size, moisture content, etc. The dimensions of this machine are: Height: Width: length: 747mm 798mm 1354mm

Application: Large rotary dairy feed systems. Medium Pig and Chicken industry and small Beef & Sheep feedlots. Other feedlot applications also suitable. Ideal where dry crushing and bruising wheat throughput rates are around 7 to 9 tons/hour.

A top hopper and slide are included in the standard KW250 Roller Mill price.

Options: Additional spare set of grooved rolls. Also available are stands, hoppers, grid magnet, draw magnet bolt on or pull out drawer style. Price on application.

The above Roller Mill is not limited to farming applications. They are also suitable for the crushing of spices, rice, coconut fibre and shell, sea shells, carbon, chemicals, salt and numerous other raw materials. Also suitable for breweries.

With a number of these Roller Mills combined and suitable other equipment (sifters, pneumatics, purifiers etc) a small flour mill can be made.
