Electric:Two 15kW, 3 Phase electric motors - Each motor driving a roll Rolls are chilled cast iron. Hardness 480 to 520 HB (Brinell), fluted to client specifications. Roll Size: 1000mm X 250mm dia. Or 1000mm X 300mm dia. This machine is capable of milling: Product Oats Barley Wheat Lupins Maize Capacity 9,000 kg/hr 17,000 kg/hr 22,000 kg/hr 11,000 kg/hr 11,000 kg/hr These are approximate figures depending on grain size, gap size, moisture content, etc. The dimensions of this machine are: Height: Width: length: 575mm-1293mm 2900mm 1000mm

Application: Large feedlots. Ideal for Stockfeed producer. Used in the chicken, pig, beef & sheep industries where throughput is 15 to 16 tons/hour depending on roll diameter used if dry crushing or bruised cerial grain is required.

This machine comes with a hopper and slide in the standard roller mill price.

Options: Additional spare set of grooved rolls, combination Magnabar/Motorised feed roll module. Price on application.

KW1000 Double Mill is two mills stacked one above the other. This configuration will guarantee particle size of the dry crushed grain. This is of high importance in the Chicken and Pig Industry.

The above Roller Mill is not limited to farming applications. They are also suitable for the crushing of spices, rice, coconut fibre and shell, sea shells, carbon, chemicals, salt and numerous other raw materials. Also suitable for breweries.

With a number of these Roller Mills combined and suitable other equipment (sifters, pneumatics, purifiers etc) a small flour mill can be made.
